Vinod P S is a seasoned sound engineering professional with over 20 years of experience, combining technical expertise with a track record of achievements. He excels in managing process operations to meet institutional goals, showcasing sharp instincts, judgment, and timing in completing challenging projects. Vinod is skilled in customer coordination, implementing service standards, and driving business excellence. He is known for his prudence, discipline, self-motivation, and strong team and customer relationship management skills.

Vinod has a Diploma in Cinema (S.R.S.E) from the Film and Television Institute of India (1995). His technical proficiency includes the SSL 9000 series audio mixing console, Soundscape SSHDR DAW, Ensoniq PARIS, Protools LE, and the Qube Digital cinema system, among many more.

He began his career as an Assistant Recordist at Sunny Super Sounds, Mumbai, in 1996, working on films like Pardes, Indian, and Ghayal. He then served as Chief Recordist at Sabdaalaya Studios, Hyderabad, managing over 125 titles and collaborating with legends like S.P. Balasubrahmanyam and K.S. Chitra. At Rite Solutions, Kochi (1999-2001), he contributed to Malayalam films including Theerthadanam and Ilapozhyum Kaalam, and helped set up Kerala’s first fully hard disk-based studio.

From 2001-2014, Vinod has been Chief Sound Engineer and Consultant at Lal Media Arts, Kochi, playing a key role in Kerala’s film industry shift from Chennai to Kochi. He has won several awards, including the the Kerala State Television Award for Best Audiography in 2001 for Sayahnna Swapnam, Ujala Asianet award in 2006 for ‘Karutha Pakshikal’ Directed by Kamal, Mahathma Award in 2012 for ‘Ozhimuri’ Directed by Madhupal and worked on films like Kalyana Raman, Thilakkam, Black, and Udayananu Thaaram.

In addition to his extensive studio and film work, Vinod has held key leadership roles in prestigious institutions. He has served as the Head of the Department of Audiography at KRNNIVSA (K.R. Narayanan National Institute of Visual Science and Arts) and as Chief Sound Engineer at KSFDC (Kerala State Film Development Corporation), overseeing critical sound production projects. Since October 2018, he has been working as a freelance Sound and Technical Workflow Consultant, continuing to influence the industry with his expertise and innovative approach. His blend of experience, discipline, and technical excellence has cemented his reputation as a leading figure in sound engineering and post-production.

Amjad Hassan is a creative Film/ Video editor, bringing forth over a decade of extensive expertise in film and video editing. His career journey spans multiple feature films where his creative prowess and keen eye for detail have left an indelible mark. With a Bachelor’s degree in Visual Media from St. Joseph College Of Communication and specialized training in Film Editing from Cinthamani Entertainment Technologies Academy, Amjad is a certified professional, equipped with a robust skill set. Proficient in industry-standard software such as Final Cut Pro and Adobe Premiere Pro, he excels in transcoding videos, fine-tuning sequences, and bringing artistic visions to life.

His notable works include the supervision of editing, dubbing, and color correction for the acclaimed feature film “Kaadakalam,” recognized as the “Best Children’s Film” at the Kerala State Film Awards 2021, and editing for feature film Nizhalazham. He’s currently working on editing, spearheading shot evaluation, content trimming, asset organization, and contributing fresh ideas for process enhancement for the feature film, Anatomy. Amjad’s dedication to refining the art of storytelling, coupled with his commitment to sharing industry insights, makes him a valued mentor and an asset to aspiring filmmakers.

Nandakumar Thottathil is an experienced and passionate cinematographer with extensive expertise in cinema and television. A Postgraduate in Motion Picture Photography from the prestigious Film and Television Institute of India (FTII), Pune (1994), he has dedicated his career to visual storytelling. With over 13 years as Director of Photography for Qatar Media Corporation (Qatar TV & Channel 37 English), he has worked on diverse productions, including documentaries, feature films, children’s films, short films, TV series, and multi-camera television events.

His journey spans more than 70 documentaries, including award-winning works such as The Sea of Ecstasy, which won the 2020 Kerala State Television Award for Best Documentary Director/Producer and received six international film festival accolades. As a second unit DOP, he contributed to critically acclaimed Malayalam films like Baalyakaalasakhi and Apothecary. His expertise extends to cinematography for cultural and historical documentaries, such as films on Kerala’s matrilineal system and literary figures.
In addition to his work in cinematography, Nandakumar has played a key role in media education. He serves as a guest faculty member at the K.R. Narayanan Film Institute (KRNNIVSA), Kottayam, and Chetana College of Media & Performing Arts, Thrissur. His commitment to mentoring young talent also led to the establishment of Ecstasy Media – an Artist K.N. Menon Memorial Art Space in Kodungallur, Kerala, where he continues to produce digital cinema and provide training in photography, painting, and applied arts.
Nandakumar’s career highlights also include his tenure as the Chief Cameraman at Kairali Television, where he played a crucial role in setting up the channel’s production standards. He has worked extensively in multi-camera setups, studio lighting, and international collaborations. His global exposure includes working on documentaries and television projects for Al Jazeera and the British Council, alongside directing and shooting award-winning films for Qatar’s Ministry of Culture and Qatar TV.
A cinematographer with a keen eye for detail, Nandakumar specializes in creating stylized lighting setups that enhance the mood and storytelling of every project he undertakes. Sruthi C C holds a Master’s degree in Cinema & Television from SH School of Communication and a Bachelor’s degree in English from Kannur University. With over 85 days of production experience as an Assistant Director for AMAL NEERAD PRODUCTIONS on the film “BHEESHMA PARVAM” and as Assistant Director for a nationalized air conditioner advertisement for CHILTON, she brings practical knowledge to her role. Sruthi has anchored 25 episodes for SH Vision’s show “EVEREEL” and made her mark as a director with her short film “Herself.” Additionally, she serves as a guest faculty at SH College School of Communication since 2022, showcasing her dedication to both industry and academia.

Jeswin Felix is a seasoned Sound Designer with 13 years of experience in the film industry. Armed with a Diploma in Sound Engineering from Sound Media Chennai, Jeswin has honed his craft by working as an Assistant and Associate Sound designer in the Malayalam Film industry. In addition to Sound Editing & Mixing, he also specializes in Foley artistry, ADR (Automated Dialogue Replacement), Field Recording, and Audio Restoration. He has worked as a Live sound Artist & Sound designer for several independent feature films like “Udaharanam Sujatha,” “Joseph,” “Jallikettu,” “Star,” “Ajagajandaram, ” “Night Drive, ” and “Malaikottai Vaaliban,” among others.

Nandhukumar S is a passionate and accomplished cinematographer with over four years of experience in the dynamic world of ad films, corporate films, short films, and documentaries. With a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of visual storytelling, he is dedicated to capturing powerful moments that resonate emotionally with audiences.
He completed his Diploma in Cinematography from Neo Film School (2018-2020) and has since built an impressive portfolio, showcasing his versatility and talent across diverse projects. His work has not only earned him numerous awards for documentaries and short films but also brought him recognition from the Governor of West Bengal for his exceptional documentary on the Governor’s life, produced for All India Radio.

Nandhukumar’s commitment to the craft extends beyond his professional work. He has spent the last three years mentoring aspiring filmmakers, sharing his expertise, and inspiring students to push creative boundaries. His teaching philosophy blends practical insights with hands-on learning, preparing students to thrive in the evolving film and media industry. Bipin Varma is a highly accomplished cinematographer and colourist with extensive experience in visual storytelling, post-production, and colour grading. A DaVinci Resolve Certified Trainer, he has worked across multiple industries, including feature films, advertisements, corporate films, and music videos. His expertise spans digital and celluloid cinematography, Dolby Vision mastering, film restoration, display calibration, and DI colour grading for major productions.
With a career spanning over two decades, he has been associated with leading studios such as ZEE Keralam, Lal Media Arts, and Mauve Studios, playing a crucial role in visual post-production. As a former guest faculty at K.R. Narayanan National Institute of Visual Science and Arts, Bipin has mentored aspiring filmmakers, imparting his in-depth knowledge of colour grading workflows, editing, motion graphics, and industry-standard hardware calibration. His technical proficiency, combined with his artistic vision, makes him a valuable asset to Don Bosco Image Film School, where he continues to inspire and educate the next generation of visual storytellers.

M C Jithin is an acclaimed Film Director driven by an innate passion for storytelling and filmmaking. His odyssey in the film industry commenced with a BA in Communications from St. Joseph College, Changanaserry, followed by a Masters in Visual Communication from Madras University. Early in his career, Jithin honed his skills under the guidance of Abrid Shine, serving as Assistant Director for the iconic film “1983” and as Associate Director for “Action Hero Biju.” Venturing into scriptwriting, he collaborated with Mahesh Narayan, showcasing his versatile talents. In 2018, Jithin’s directorial prowess shone through with his debut film “NONSENSE,” earning critical acclaim upon its release on the OTT platform Primevideo. He has also been working as a guest lecturer in various film institutions in South India for the past 9 years. Currently, he is passionately crafting his next cinematic endeavor, produced by Shyju Khalid & Sameer Thahir under the Happy Hours Entertainments banner. With an illustrious journey and a commitment to storytelling, Jithin continues to weave narratives that captivate audiences’ hearts and minds.

Armed with a postgraduate degree in Cinema & Television from St. Joseph College of Communication and a background in BA Malayalam, Arun’s passion for cinematography, video editing, and audiography fuels his drive for excellence. Adept at camera theory, lighting techniques, and videography, his extensive experience spans working as Assistant Cinematographer in notable works like “Aadu oru Bhikarajeeviyanu,” “101 Weddings,” “Urumbukal uragarillea,” “Black Butterfly,” and “Pattom Polea,” along with a stint at Flowers TV as an Associate Director for “Uppum Mulakum.” Arun’s dedication to fostering the next generation of cinematic talent is evident through his tenure as an Assistant Professor at Sacred Heart College Thevara and DIMS Chalakudy, and currently as the Head of Department at Goodness Institute of Film and Television in Kochi.
