Cinematography is the silent portrayal of stories, emotions and narratives through visual language.
Our cinematography course equips the students to use all the tools available at their disposal to portray their artistic intent on the screen. They are taught about images, sound, light and other aesthetic and technical tools that are used for cinematography. The short course will shed light on camera operation, composition and framing, lens choice, camera movement, setting proper exposure, lighting, collaboration, blocking, continuity and other aspects of visual storytelling. Besides theory, the students will get the opportunity to be part of film productions to fine-tune their craft.
