Refund Policy
Cancellations & Refunds
Our refund policy is applicable for certain services like course/workshop registrations, or event participation.
To be eligible for a refund or cancellation:
- The request must be made in writing to [email protected]
- The course/workshop must not have started, and the participant should not have accessed any course materials.
Non-Refundable Services
Refunds are not applicable for:
- Courses that have already commenced.
- Digital products or downloadable content (if provided).
- Events with non-refundable registration fees.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted:
- If there’s a genuine error in registration or payment due to our system.
- If a cancellation request is made before the program start date, but after administrative processing has begun.
- In cases of course/module rescheduling or cancellation by the institution.
Refund Processing
Once your request is received and approved, you’ll be notified via email. If eligible, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Recheck your bank account or payment statement.
- Contact your credit card company (posting delays may occur).
- Contact your bank. Processing time can vary.
